The Senior Systems Engineer must meet the criteria below:

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Years’ Experience:  7+
• Clearance: Have a current or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (US citizen only)
• Other Certifications: certifications relevant to enterprise architecture, cloud technologies preferred
  • Experience with Agile based delivery of system components enabling enterprise web portals

Overview

Do you want to help IBR build a portfolio of next-generation mobile enabled data collection systems and enterprise portals? As a Systems Engineer at IBR, you will support the Agile based engineering of a robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web portal solution supporting 1M users hosted in AWS. This position will work closely with the solutions delivery team to lead staff performing Deployment, Systems Integration Testing, and Operations & Maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross discipline teams to delivery IT solutions in an Agile based delivery conducting SDLC activities
• Lead team to conduct requirements elicitation and documentation through BPMs
• Lead team to conduct Interface Definition activities
• Lead team to conduct Infrastructure Architecture analysis for enterprise web portals hosted in AWS GovCloud complying with DOD RMF security posture
• Support Security Architecture analysis
• Support COTS Integration analysis
• Support Systems Test planning
• Support Operations planning
• Support Change Management activities

Qualifications

• Certifications relevant to enterprise architecture, cloud technologies preferred
• Experience with Systems Development and Operations in large enterprise environments
• Capable of building strong relationships and trust with cross-functional support teams, customers, and unit management
• Demonstrated historical and current experience working with a variety of technologies, across multiple platforms and vendor solutions delivering IT/IS infrastructure services
• Good understanding of and experience in Agile methodologies within a fast-paced software development environment. SAFe experience preferred
