The Executive Business Assistant must be able to meet the key criteria below:

 

  1. Location: Must be onsite in Orlando, FL
  2. Years’ Experience: 3+ Years
  3. Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
  4. Key Skills:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience producing reports

 

Overview

 

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Open office if first person there
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
  • Arrange meetings/appointments and provide reminders
  • Make travel and/or event arrangements
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Close office when leaving if last person there
  • Perform other administrative office duties if asked
  • Support other office activities as needed
  • Conduct research and produce reports
  • Support as needed with staffing support (check references, call potential candidates, format resumes, etc)
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

 

Qualifications

 

  • Support all executive administration activities
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
