The Systems Architect must meet the below criteria:

  5. Work Authorization: United States Citizen
  6. Key Skills:
  • Enterprise Cloud CRM experience required
  • Strong experience with ETL tools and migration implementation
  • Professional Cloud or CRM certifications a bonus

Overview

The System Architect will lead a full-cycle software development team in an Agile Software Development environment. This position will work closely with IT teams to design, code, test and implement application features and capabilities for a CRM transformation project.


Responsibilities

  • Support new features, integrations, and applications development to improve existing software
  • Analyze customer needs / business requirements and develop the concept and design
  • Defines, maintains, and manages architecture models, frameworks and artifacts (e.g. current and future state application architecture diagrams, etc.)
  • Develops and manages platform roadmaps, transformational initiatives, and solution design across a wide and diverse portfolio of applications
  • Plan and actively participate in all activities related to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the full range of web applications and systems
  • Develops, reviews, and communicates enterprise-wide architectural policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Analyzes the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements
  • Ensures compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements
  • Guides the design of enterprise-wide initiatives to integrate systems; manage and lead all efforts to advance, simplify and educate team members on integration technology platforms
  • Provides strategic consultation to clients and IT teams/leaders
  • Manage the development lifecycle and release management for CRM
  • Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Consults on application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical/solution architecture to accommodate project needs

 

Qualifications

  • Application architecture with Enterprise Cloud Based CRM development or large enterprise experience
  • Experience leading engineering efforts on a Cloud based CRM implementation, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration
  • Experience with developing and implanting standards and design patterns for cloud-based development including implementing cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Experience in taking a technical solution from start to finish through a DoD accreditation process, which includes submitting engineering architecture documents, conducting technical design reviews, reviewing STIGs, and writing POA&M’s
  • Experience integrating a Cloud CRM with external web services or APIs
  • Experience with designing & architecting relational databases like Oracle and SQL with hands on backend systems development
  • Data warehouse platform design experience
  • Experience drafting technical project instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and systems integration-related documents and deliverables
  • Experience optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Experience resolving integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems
  • Experience in developing enterprise implementations that integrate a multitude of systems with a CRM application
  • Strong experience with ETL tools, migration implementations, and best practices

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with SOA and ESB technologies like MuleSoft, Tibco and others
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional business process analysis and design
  • Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL
  • Experience providing technical advisory services on implementations with multiple integrations and software platforms such as CTI/Call Center Technology
  • Professional Cloud or CRM certification
