As a Systems Analyst at IBR, you will support the engineering of a robust, secure and scalable systems of systems that enable data capture from 100M respondents utilizing cutting edge technology. Your initial assignment will be to provide support across one or more Systems Engineering disciplines to include, but not limited to System Architecture, System Modeling, Software Development, Systems Integration, Requirements Engineering and Technical Analysis.

 

The candidate is required to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

The candidate is required to be onsite at the project facility in Greenbelt, MD during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

1. Support analysis of various systems components to include requirements, architecture, design, modeling, planning, release/deployment artifacts among several others.
2. Designs and documents system architecture and associated designs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
3. Provide enhancement recommendations or improvements to systems by studying current workflows and designs and determining inefficiencies.
4. Supports the creation of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
5. Supports the monitoring of project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
6. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Qualifications

1. BS degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8+ years of systems development experience
3. Experience developing and integrating complex systems through the full system development life cycle
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
5. Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in team environments and with other business organizations
6. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
7. Experience in one or more of the technical domain - cloud solutions, cloud migrations, mobility, enterprise web portals, networking, enterprise data solutions, identity management systems, cyber security and other areas in the IT data collection and analysis field.
