The Software Engineer must be able to meet the key criteria below:

  2. Years’ Experience: 5+ years
  3. Education: Bachelors
  4. Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
  5. Key Skills:
    • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, CSS3, HTML 5, SQL
    • Experience with image processing is a bonus
    • Experience with BPM tools is a bonus (Oracle, Appian, Pega, AgilePoint, IBM)

 

Overview

 

Do you want to help IBR build a portfolio of next-generation data collection systems and enterprise portals? As a Software Engineer at IBR, you will support the Agile based engineering of a robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web portal solution that enables high volume data collection activities. This position will work closely with IT teams to design, implement, test and support application features for an enterprise portal built on Microsoft technologies utilizing modern front end and back end design patterns.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Design and develop enterprise mid-tier components of web driven n-tier application framework with technologies such as: C#, ASP.NET, javascript, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, REST, SOAP, and XML.
  • Implement web services, data persistence access features and external interfaces to third-party systems
  • Implement or partner closely with front-end and database engineers to ensure features are developed holistically
  • Comply with coding standards for performance, ease of maintenance and scalability and application security
  • Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
  • Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects
  • Utilize DevOps tools during the SDLC.

Qualifications

 

  • Certifications relevant to Microsoft programming languages preferred
  • Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, javascript, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, REST, SOAP, and XML.
  • Experience developing and integrating complex software systems through the full SDLC
  • Experience delivering in Agile based environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
