Overview

Do you want to help IBR build a portfolio of next-generation data collection systems and enterprise portals? As a Software Engineer at IBR, you will support the Agile based engineering of a robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web portal solution that enables high volume data collection activities. This position will work closely with IT teams to design, implement, test and support application features for an enterprise portal built on Microsoft technologies utilizing modern front end and back end design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of enterprise web front-end using such technologies as: Javascript, C#, ASP .NET, AJAX, REST, CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, JSON, XML
• Build a cross-platform and cross-browser front-end in DevOps environment with continuous integration, regression testing, and deployment
• Partner closely with UX and back-end engineers to ensure features are developed holistically
• Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture and application security standards
• Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects

Qualifications

• Certifications relevant to Microsoft programming languages preferred
• Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, javascript, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, AJAX, Web Services, Tomcat, Perl Scripting or Shell Scripting
• Experience using SQL to write database queries
• Experience with MySQL and Oracle databases
• Experience developing and integrating complex software systems through the full SDLC
• Experience delivering in Agile based environments
• Experience with Tableau, not required but beneficial
